Caroline is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council, and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She gained a Masters of Osteopathy from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013. Alongside osteopathy, Caroline is also a fully qualified rehabilitation Pilates instructor, and qualified through APPI in 2017.

"I was drawn to Osteopathy from an early age due to members of my family going for treatment and having such a great outcome. I was therefore able to appreciate the importance of specific treatment plans for each individual patient, which I continue to emphasise in my own practice today. I enjoy treating patients of all ages, with any musculoskeletal or sporting injury; and have a special interest in hypermobility and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

I have undertaken further courses in Paediatric Osteopathy at the OCC & SCCO, and also a Kinesio-taping course with RockTape. Kinesio-taping is a form of sports taping which you may have seen on athletes at the Olympics, footballers, or at Wimbledon; it can be used for almost any sporting injury, postural complaint or even lower back pain."

Caroline is committed to delivering the most efficient and effective osteopathic treatment; whilst assessing, treating and advising each patient for their specific needs.

Having qualified from the University College of Osteopathy in London, David started his practice life back in his home county of Cumbria and has also since worked in London before relocating to Leeds. He has a wealth of experience and passion for helping people to do more of the things that are important to them in life. He doesn’t look to just treat your injury, but focus on you as a whole person and giving you strategies to help rehabilitate and prevent reoccurrence.

He has a keen interest in biomechanics and understanding how the body works and functions and uses this to help his patients overcome their injuries, pains and complaints. He uses a hands-on approach mixing traditional Osteopathic techniques with soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and dry needling where appropriate. He is also keen to get patients involved in their own care through the prescription of home care and exercises to continue their recovery outside the treatment room.

David leads an active lifestyle himself, practices what he preaches and you’ll find him regularly working out in the gym, doing the occasional bit of climbing, cycling and generally challenging himself physically. He is always looking to further his knowledge in health and fitness and enjoys passing this onto his patients.
